PRP; (Platelet rich plasma) is the process of taking blood from a person’s body (10cc – 20cc) and separating the plasma by centrifugation and returning it to the body by injection. The plasma obtained is quite fertile in the sense of cells that called “platelets”. Platelets, whose main task in the body is to ensure the coagulation of blood, have an important role in wound healing thanks to the growth factors they contain.

How PRP is Done?
People who will be treated with PRP (10cc – 20cc) blood is taken and centrifuged. At the end of this process, the blood in the tubes is separated into its components (the red cell part of this blood, which contains approximately 200,000 platelets per milliliter), thus obtaining a gel with a platelet density of up to 1.5 million per milliliter. This material called Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is separated and injected subcutaneously into the application areas of the patient. Platelets have functions related to blood clotting, but they also produce secretions that allow tissue damage to heal. With this application, by triggering the collagen stimulation system, natural growth factors that will reverse the effects of damage or aging in the tissues are concentrated in the desired area. Every human skin structure and tissues are different from each other. More than one session may be needed to achieve the best result. The youthful appearance obtained maintains its effect for approximately 9-18 months.

Advantegeous PRP Treatment
With PRP treatment, it is possible to quickly heal some diseases in the body and the skin with one’s own blood. In PRP treatment, where the person’s own blood is used instead of medication, slowing cell renewal is prevented, especially with environmental and genetic factors. PRP; It is used in the treatment of many orthopedic diseases, such as hair loss , skin rejuvenation, pain treatment.
