How PRP is Done?
People who will be treated with PRP (10cc – 20cc) blood is taken and centrifuged. At the end of this process, the blood in the tubes is separated into its components (the red cell part of this blood, which contains approximately 200,000 platelets per milliliter), thus obtaining a gel with a platelet density of up to 1.5 million per milliliter. This material called Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) is separated and injected subcutaneously into the application areas of the patient. Platelets have functions related to blood clotting, but they also produce secretions that allow tissue damage to heal. With this application, by triggering the collagen stimulation system, natural growth factors that will reverse the effects of damage or aging in the tissues are concentrated in the desired area. Every human skin structure and tissues are different from each other. More than one session may be needed to achieve the best result.
